In order to enable timesheets on the device, click on Setup and the Settings subtab.

 

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to Other Settings.  Set Require Timesheet to "yes".  If you would like to include a GPS location and signature line to the timesheet set those entries to "yes" and click Save.  

 

When you log onto the device, the timesheet button will appear on the student's home screen.

 

Clicking on the timesheet button will open a New Timesheet Entry.

 

Click on Finalize.  The completed timesheet can be viewed in the Documentation tab in the portal.

 

Timesheet Reports can be created in the Analysis & Reporting tab under Reports.

Click on Timesheet Report under the Date Range Reports.

After selecting a date range, the report displays all timesheet entries.
