Support requests are used to obtain support from Catalyst on any issue you may encounter during your daily usage.

 

Catalyst support staff will responds as soon as possible to assist you with the resolution of your issue(s).

 

You can create a support request by visiting the support tab, always conveniently located in the top right hand corner, go to the Support Tab within the online portal. Enter a title describing the issue, your phone number, any attachments, and a detailed description of the issue.  

 

You can also initiate a live chat with a Catalyst support agent by clicking the Live Chat link on the bottom of every page in the online portal.

 

Throughout the portal, blue question marks provide contextual help on various features.
